While DRD has extensive business expertise in many vertical markets and industries, DRD began by serving the Real Estate industry. DRD has served as consultants to numerous Real Estate Appraisal, Commercial & Residential Real Estate Brokerage firms, Real Estate Investment firms, and Real Estate Mortgage & Finance companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and across the United States. The owner and president of DRD Computer Computer Consultants holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of North Texas and formerly held a Real Estate Salesman's license and was a former State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Investor.

DRD offers in-person and remote, one-on-one and classroom training on virtually all aspects of the Computer Technology industry such as security, software, hardware, networking, Internet, and operating systems, etc. Both individuals and groups can be trained by DRD remotely, in your home, at your place of business or at an approved DRD training facility.

After performing the consulting services requested, DRD sends an invoice to the customer via the designated e-mail address on file. The new customer's first invoice is Due Upon Receipt. All subsequent invoices are delivered with Net 30 terms. When purchasing hardware, software, or other tangible products, payment for such items is due and payable upon receipt of the items whether delivered to or picked up by the customer.
DRD offers new client discounts, client referral discounts, and short and long term service & support agreements may be available at a reduced hourly or project consulting rate.
We apply a standard $25.00 local Travel/Trip charge on all invoices where automobile travel to the customer site is required within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas.
Services performed outside the general North Texas area requiring travel are subject to travel expense reimbursement by the client and may include items such as Hotel, Airfare, and Rental Car expenses.
However, our clients often save time & money and get the travel charge & other reimbursement expenses waived by utilizing our "DRD Remote Support" option. This often allows us to solve your issue immediately and in much less time without the associated time and expense of travel to your site.
Yes! We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards for your purchases and invoices. Payments may also be made by company check, cash, cashiers check, or money order.
All of the above credit card options and company check may be applied to an invoice on-line with our "View and Pay Invoice" button associated with the email containing the Invoice.
Yes! We accept PayPal as payment for services rendered. Please login at PayPal with your PayPal account and choose the Send Money tab. Our PayPal email address is [email protected].
